Our new addition and at the same time our new favourite. It took a while to find the perfect recipe, but here it is.

160g of juicy Qualivo beef with a hint of salt and pepper to enhance the beef flavour.

Our favourite prefers to be grilled thawed and thanks to its stately height of about 2cm it is also perfect for being grilled medium.
