A mild-aromatic, nutty sliced cheese in organic quality: This Maasdamer is produced in the Alps from fresh mountain farm milk with microbial rennet. The cows there have plenty of space to roam and thus contribute to the preservation of the alpine cultural landscape. Thanks to the "Fair Milk Prices" initiative, the farmers receive a fair milk price - for the sustainable management of their farms. Alnatura Bergbauern-Maasdamer contains 45 percent fat in dry matter and is lactose-free.
