Pressed with care in the Rapunzel oil mill in the Allgäu. The aroma is finely nutty with a light, typical bitter note. The flaxseed oil is produced using the special OXYGUARD® process. The particularly gentle process used by Rapunzel preserves the wealth of valuable ingredients. Rapunzel OXYGUARD® flaxseed oil native is an excellent source of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are essential for human life. The essential 3-fold unsaturated linolenic acid is contained in high concentration.

Classic with boiled potatoes and quark, for salads, smoothies and dips, in yogurt or in muesli.
