The natural healing water from the state-approved healing spring St. Gero comes – like the popular mineral water – from Gerolstein. Filtered through the rock layers of the Vulkaneifel, the healing water collects at a depth of up to 250 meters. Each liter of St. Gero contains 2,470 mg of minerals, including above all calcium, magnesium and hydrogen carbonate. This combination of valuable ingredients makes St. Gero healing water a healthy thirst quencher and a versatile natural remedy.

Contraindications (Do not use in case of):
- Impaired excretion in heart and kidney diseases
- Severe damage to the stomach wall with a tendency to bleed and acute inflammatory disease in the gastrointestinal tract
- Urinary tract diseases with E. coli
- Tendency to form calcium-containing urinary stones
- Tendency to form infection stones
- Disturbance in the acid-base balance (alkalosis), with more than 2.0 l/day

Dosage:

- To support the stomach and intestinal function: drink about 300ml three times a day before or with the main meals (room temperature)

- For the supportive treatment of chronic urinary tract infections: drink 1.5-3.0l spread over the day, the last intake before going to bed

-Uric acid stones: Dosage is to be determined individually

-To improve calcium and magnesium supply: Fluid intake at least 2.0l/day

Type and duration of application:

-Short-term use four to six weeks; if necessary two to three times a year; also recommended for continuous use
