ORGANIC Naturland Whole Rye Bread with Sunflower Seeds
The Naturland Whole Rye Bread made from 100% whole rye flour without yeast. The crispy crust and the aromatic crumb are refined with sunflower seeds.
Since the foundation of the Herzberger organic bakery in 1988, the company's goal has been to bake bread without any chemical or technical additives - only from flour, water and salt with a three-stage sourdough. Even in 1996, after moving to the new bakery in Fulda, Herzberger remained true to this approach. According to the motto "100% organic and real baking", they bake exclusively organic breads, rolls and baguettes in a wide variety.
