Do you know Bauckhof's Falafel mix for making your own falafel? It consists almost exclusively of chickpeas, which they grind in their Bauckhof mill in Rosche. Naturally gluten-free, in organic quality, super tasty and easy to make – as is their somewhat more exotic variant, the Falafel Curry-Coconut Mix.
Tip: Curry-coconut falafel go great with salad, flatbread and a fresh yoghurt dip. Also really good as a burger patty or meatball – or something completely different as a curry-coconut-banana soup. Simply delicious!
