GREENFORCE Easy To Mix Art Frikadelle vegan

How about vegan patties, meatballs, or rissoles? No matter what you call them, they simply taste better without animal suffering!

150g net weight yields approx. 450g prepared mass | approx.: 5-6 vegan patties

Ready-made mix for preparing vegan, gluten-free patties on a pea basis
Best before: 18 months from date of manufacture.
 Store dry, protected from light and not above room temperature.

1. Thoroughly mix 75 g of the patty mix with 135 ml of very cold water and 1.5 tbsp (approx. 15 g) of vegetable oil. Add chopped onions, herbs and spices as desired.
 2. Let the mixture swell in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
 3. Form patties of the desired size from the mixture.
 4. Heat a little cooking oil in a coated pan and fry the patties over low to medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side.
