Preparation:
Although defrosting is not mandatory, the burgers will turn out best if you defrost them first.
In a pan: 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat (turn the burger when juices appear on the surface).

In the oven: 20-25 minutes at 210 °C (no need to turn).
