Sliced Mortadella Bologna IGP
Mortadella Bologna PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) from Italy is made according to an exclusive recipe that is simple and natural, respecting the Emilian tradition. It is a product with a centuries-old history and is considered the most famous cured meat in the entire gastronomic tradition of the city of Bologna. Dacello Mortadella is free from added polyphosphates, caseinates, milk powder and contains no gluten. Made in Italy.
Composition, recipes and processing methods are dictated by the Mortadella Bologna Consortium. The main objective of the Consortium is to guarantee consumers a product with unique quality and taste characteristics.
