Recipe for Gravlax – Vegan Gravlax Bagel

Ingredients:

Vegan cream cheese

Cress

Cucumber

Instructions:

1. Cut the bagel in half and spread the vegan cream cheese on it

2. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and place them on the cream cheese with some cress.

3. Done!
