BlackBean-Tempeh Tamari
Our BlackBean-Tempeh is made from black beans and traditionally fermented with a selected noble mold. After ripening, we marinate it with the best Tamari soy sauce.
Cut the tempeh into slices or cubes and fry it in a pan with a little oil. This makes the BlackBean-Tempeh Tamari suitable for bread, salad, bowls, and wraps!
We at tempehmanufaktur produce the best organic tempeh in our family business in the Allgäu with loving craftsmanship.
Markus and Stephanie started making tempeh themselves over 20 years ago – at that time they got to know and love tempeh while traveling and found out in Germany that fresh tempeh was not available.
Today, a team of around 50 employees is behind tempehmanufaktur and we do our best every day to produce an excellent and extraordinary product and inspire you with it!
We only process controlled organic raw materials. Our company philosophy also includes craftsmanship and the conservation of resources. The legumes for our tempeh come mainly from cultivation areas in Germany and Austria.
