Natural Cool Demeter Broccoli

The freshly harvested, tender broccoli florets in the best organic quality can be removed individually thanks to the resealable packaging.

Preparation recommendation: 

In a cooking pot:

• Put the still frozen broccoli in boiling salted water (125 ml for 300 g) and cook for about 3-5 minutes on low heat, depending on the desired firmness. Drain and season to taste. The stock can be used for sauces, for example.

Tip: If you have the possibility to steam the broccoli florets, this type of preparation is preferable, as this preserves a maximum of nutrients and vitamins.
