Anchovy fillets from controlled coastal fishing
The anchovy fillets, also known as anchovies, come from sustainable wild fishing. They are caught off the northern Spanish coast (Zone FAO 27.VIII.c) and then preserved in organic extra virgin olive oil.
„Pan do Mar“ (Bread of the Sea) shows an alternative on how to use marine resources respectfully and sustainably, and also how to produce first-class products with traditional methods. The high-quality canned fish, such as the hand-caught tuna, from sustainable fishing are caught by small-scale fishermen with traditional methods and refined with ingredients from organic farming. The exceptional products are refined in the factory according to original Galician recipes, filleted by hand and filled into cans or high-quality glassware.
