Rosy, sparkling, alcohol-free
The Julius Wasem winery is closely associated with Kolonne Null, as it was one of the young company's first partners. Since 2018, this wonderfully sparkling rosé has been created in collaboration with the three winemaker brothers – completely without alcohol!
The three brothers Julius, Philipp and Gerhard Wasem run the down-to-earth but elegant family winery in the Kaiserpfalz with 30 hectares, now in its fourth generation. The Ingelheimer Grund offers the best soils for producing convincing wines with a distinctive style.
Philipp Rößle and Moritz Zyrewitz, old college friends, wine enthusiasts and founders, are the managing directors of Kolonne Null and have been producing non-alcoholic wine since 2018. Top quality is their top priority: in constant exchange with their global partner winemakers and researchers, the two are constantly perfecting their wines.
What makes Kolonne Null special: the production of non-alcoholic wines begins in the vineyard. The founders discuss with the winemakers how they want to develop the respective wine, even before the harvest. The aim is to bring the characteristics of the growing region, the grape and the winemakers into the bottle and thus give each wine a story.
