Handpicked grapes from selected vineyards were chosen for this salmon-coloured rosé. The Pinotage grapes were pressed directly after harvesting and the different sites were fermented separately in order to get the best out of the later cuvée. The Chenin Blanc opens up aromas of fresh melon and stone fruit as well as nuances of red fruits through the Pinotage. It is fresh, well-structured and excellent to enjoy young.
