Red Curry Paste with 28% Chili Content
Cock's red curry paste is the ideal base for a delicious, medium-hot and aromatic red Thai curry. It consists of 28% dried red Thai chilies, which give the paste its red color. It is not quite as hot as the green curry paste and milder overall. In addition to red chilies, it also contains lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime peel and cumin, which together with coconut milk and coriander make a delicious Red Thai Curry in no time.
