Kabeljau Filets
followfish Kabeljau stammt aus MSC-zertifizierter Fischerei im Nordostatlantik. Die Bestände, die dort im nachhaltigen Wildfang befischt werden, sind sehr stabil und außerordentlich gut gemanagt, wodurch der Fischbestand und somit die Meere geschont werden.
Kabeljau ist aufgrund seines hohen Gehalts an Mineralstoffen ein Speisefisch von hohem Nährwert. Er ist außerdem reich an Proteinen, enthält viel Vitamin D und ergänzt vielseitige Ernährungsstile. Der followfish Kabeljau hat ein besonders zartes, mageres Filet, ist sehr schmackhaft und kann auf verschiedenste Weise zubereitet werden.
