The bar consists of 59 percent fruit as well as whole oat flour and whole wheat flakes. The subtle sweetness of the bar comes exclusively from the fruit ingredients contained (ingredients contain sugar naturally), two wafers also prevent sticky children's fingers. All ingredients for the Alnatura Grape-Raspberry Fruit Bar come from organic farming.
