Lassis are yogurt drinks made in the traditional Indian way. This variety gets its fruity-fresh note from lemon juice. The milk for the Alnatura lemon lassi comes exclusively from organic mountain farms in the Alps. There, the animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner and have plenty of space to roam in the mountains. Thanks to the "Fair Milk Price" initiative, the farmers receive a fair milk price - for the sustainable management of their farms.
