Perfect as a sweet main course or dessert: This milky rice, a polished round grain rice, has a soft, creamy consistency after about 25 minutes of cooking.

The combination with sugar and cinnamon, applesauce or fruit sauces is particularly popular. The Alnatura milky rice is also suitable for preparing spicy and aromatic risotto and comes from organic farming.
