Wholemeal spelt flour from Germany
Spelt – an original form of wheat – is characterised by its diverse range of uses and good baking properties. For Alnatura wholemeal spelt flour, the entire grain is milled, and all the grain components, including the germ and outer layers, are retained.
The organic flour gives bread, bread rolls, cakes and desserts a slightly nutty flavour. The spelt comes from organic farming in Germany.

In addition, social and ecological justice play an important role: the company assumes responsibility for the environment and for all people who are involved in the creation of an Alnatura product and was one of the first companies to be certified according to the We-Care standard. Numerous Alnatura products indicate the initiatives for fair prices and fair partnerships with the "red corners" – for the sustainable management of organic farms and for the welfare of animals.
