For these small, crispy spring rolls, spelt dough envelops an Asian-spiced mung bean sprout vegetable filling. They are already fried in sunflower oil and only need to be fried in a pan without oil and served with rice or salad, for example. The Alnatura Mini Spring Rolls are vegan, all agricultural ingredients come from organic farming.
