The preparation process includes a phase of washing and sorting the vegetables used, followed by an initial cooking (frying), the addition of the meat for browning, the addition of tomato paste and other ingredients and the completion of the cooking. The product is then brought to boiling temperature and filled into jars. Sterilization in an autoclave follows.

About the company:

It all began in 1925 in a small dairy in the old town of Siena. From then on, the name Morbidi became synonymous with "good food" for the locals. Over the years, the Morbidi family has always been able to innovate and take on challenges.

In the 1940s, we started working with pork, followed by sheep's milk, in keeping with the oldest local traditions.
