Gluten-free bread baking mix with whole oat flour (organic)
1. Briefly process the contents of the package with dry yeast and water using a hand mixer to form a smooth dough.
2. Push the dough together in the bowl with moistened hands and tip it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Smooth out the bread and shape it as desired. Sprinkle with 1-2 tbsp of rice flour.
3. Cover the bread and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 250 °C top and bottom heat.
4. Place a fireproof bowl on the bottom of the oven and fill it with approx. 100 ml of boiling water just before putting the bread in.
5. Bake the bread for 10 minutes, then let the steam escape by briefly opening the oven door. Reduce the temperature to 220 °C and bake for another 50 minutes.
6. Let the bread cool before slicing.
Store in a dry place and protect from heat.
