Ingredients:

• 6 cl Laori Ruby No 4
• 10 cl Laori Sparkling Riesling
• Dash of soda
• Ice cubes

Glass & Decoration:

• Bulbous wine glass and a slice of grapefruit

Preparation

• Put ice cubes in the wine glass
• Add Laori Ruby No 4 and stir with a bar spoon
• Pour half and half with non-alcoholic sparkling wine and mineral water
• Stir once and garnish with a slice of orange.
