Whole duck
We owe the Barbary duck to Christopher Columbus. He brought it from the "new world" India around 1514.
Its unique taste and tender meat quickly made it famous in French cuisine.
In the 1970s, it was a feast for 4-5 people.
In the heart of the traditional Alsace region lies our family business Bruno SIEBERT S.A., and this is where it was founded over forty years ago. Its reputation is due to a demanding policy in terms of quality and freshness.
