EARLYBIRD
combines Darjeeling tea and bergamot to create a clear, light flavor with mild acidity. Caramel tones provide a round mouthfeel, while earthy wood notes add a slightly bitter aroma. The tannins absorbed during maceration make it appear more dry than sweet. In short: EARLYBIRD ensures an alert start to the day.
Organic Kombucha must be refrigerated immediately after delivery and stored in the refrigerator at 2-6°C. Otherwise, the yeasts and bacteria will continue to ferment happily and at some point you will have a very sparkling vinegar on your kitchen shelf. So enjoy it quickly and chilled!
