True Wilderness DRY AGED Pork Chop
High-quality dry-aged pork from Germany
Pork is increasingly becoming a trend in top gastronomy. It can be used to prepare unique dishes. The original breeds in particular have significantly redder meat and fine marbling. The meat has a more intense flavor than conventional pig breeds.
That's why we use pigs from two producer cooperatives in the heart of Lower Saxony. The farms crossbreed old German pig breeds such as Bentheimer, Sattelschwein or Pietran according to their needs. The controlled housing and feeding conditions are also reflected in the good taste.
Raw material
• Only adult pigs
• Fattened animals of category UU with strong muscle mass
• Animals with above-average fat cover category 3 to 5
- Feed is grown by ourselves

• Premium maturation for over 21 days on the bone
• Maturation in salty air and in special climate chambers
