The Spargelgut Diedersdorf is a family business that is run with heart and passion by Jürgen Hoffmann and his son Marc across generations. The farm has been located in Diedersdorf since 1996 and specializes in the cultivation and sale of asparagus, strawberries, potatoes and Christmas trees. ​In the charming rural surroundings of Fläming, located between the municipalities of Großbeeren and Blankenfelde-Mahlow, the Spargelgut Diedersdorf creates an oasis of well-being for the whole family and invites you to taste their own regional premium asparagus in the farm's own restaurant and farm shop.

From the farm you can see the family's extensive fields and watch the fruit and vegetables grow and be harvested. Even their own bumblebees are used to pollinate the strawberries.
