iglo Veggie Love Cauliflower Rice 400g

Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in a pan
- Pour the contents of the pack unthawed into a hot, coated pan (approx. 20cm diameter).
- Fry for approx. 5 minutes over high heat.
- Cover the pan with a suitable lid and fry for a further 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Stir several times during this process.
Preparation in the microwave
- Pour the contents of the pack unthawed into a microwave-safe bowl and cover.
- Heat in the microwave at 600 watts for approx. 13 minutes.
- Stir several times during this process.
Microwave preparation does not produce a frying effect.
Gemüsemischung bestehend aus fein gewürfeltem Blumenkohl, Bohnen und Gemüse, gewürzt und mit Sonnenblumenkernen verfeinert, tiefgefroren.
Zutaten: Gemüsemischung (86%) [Blumenkohl gehackt (30%), Karotten, grüne Bohnen (13%), Kidneybohnen gekocht (9%) (Wasser, Kidneybohne, Salz),Erbsen, SOJABOHNEN (7%), rote Zwiebel; in veränderlichen Gewichtsanteilen], Sonnenblumenkerne, Margarine (Kokosfett, Sonnenblumenöl, Wasser, Zitronensaftkonzentrat),Wasser, Salz, Gemüse getrocknet (Zwiebel, Tomate, Knoblauch), Kräuter, Gewürze, Maisstärke. Kann Spuren von SCHALENFRÜCHTEN (NÜSSEN), ERDNÜSSEN und SESAM enthalten.
Lagerung: Bei minus 18°C mindestens haltbar bis: siehe Packungsseite.
Nach dem Auftauen nicht wieder einfrieren! Produkt vor Verzehr durcherhitzen.
