Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in a pan
- Put the contents of the package unthawed into a hot, coated pan (approx. 20cm diameter).
- Fry for approx. 5 minutes over high heat.
- Cover the pan with a suitable lid and fry for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Stir several times.
Preparation in the microwave
- Put the contents of the package unthawed into a microwave-safe bowl and cover.
- Heat in the microwave at 600 watts for approx. 13 minutes.
- Stir several times.
Microwave preparation does not produce a frying effect.

Zutaten: Gemüsemischung (67%) [Karotten, Brokkoli, schwarze Bohnen, Spinat, gegrillte rote Paprika; in veränderlichen Gewichtsanteilen], Buchweizen gekocht (20%) (Wasser, Buchweizen), Wasser, schwarzer Reis gekocht (3,4%) (Wasser, schwarzer Reis), Rapsöl, Salz, Zitronenschale, Reisstärke, schwarzer Pfeffer. Kann Spuren von SENF und WEIZEN enthalten.
Lagerung: Bei minus 18°C mindestens haltbar bis: siehe Packungsseite.
Nach dem Auftauen nicht wieder einfrieren! Produkt vor Verzehr durcherhitzen.
