Boil for about 5 minutes before first use, making sure there is enough liquid in the pot to avoid damage. For hygienic reasons, clean with hand dishwashing detergent (e.g. with NUK dishwashing detergent) and disinfect before each further use.

The NUK Vaporisator is recommended for disinfection.

• After cleaning or disinfecting the pacifier, squeeze any remaining liquid out of the teat and then let it dry.

• The pacifier can be damaged if cleaned in the dishwasher.

• For hygienic preparation in the microwave: Fill the pacifier box with water up to the bottom of the marking.

Only then insert the pacifier. Always place the box off-center on the turntable for even heating and to avoid material damage.

IMPORTANT: Heat the closed box with the duration and microwave power specified on the box (see engraving)! Also observe the instructions for use of the device! Leave the device closed for another 5 minutes. Caution: Risk of scalding even after 5 minutes! Incorrect amount of water, time or wattage will cause material damage! Empty residual water. Let the pacifier dry in the unlocked box.

Check the temperature before use! Keep the pacifier box out of the reach of children. Replace the pacifier after 1 to 2 months of use for safety and hygiene reasons. Even without visible damage, the firmness of the teat may have decreased. For pacifiers with protective cap: Keep the removable protective cap for the teat out of the reach of children to prevent choking.
