“Kolbasz” means sausage. PICK Paprika Kolbasz is one of the most traditional raw sausage products in Hungary. This product is made from pure pork, with bacon, salt and exquisite spices and the very well-known hot Hungarian paprika finely tuned, which gives the product its genuine Hungarian paprika sausage character. Paprika Kolbasz in the stick is lightly cold smoked and requires a maturing period of approx. 60 days. Paprika Kolbasz pairs are also lightly smoked and air-dried for approx. 40 days.

Márk Pick – this name marks the beginning of the history of the Hungarian salami that is now world-famous. Founded in 1869, the traditional company still has its headquarters in Szeged in southern Hungary today. The picturesque university town is something like the country's culinary melting pot.
