The vegetable cream soup is made with carefully selected carrots and mangoes. It is seasoned with ginger, garlic and also dried chili. Pamper yourself with this vegan specialty from our kitchen.

This is the hammer. There really is no meat in it and we swear by the taste. 
 

We prepared the Mango Tango Carrot Soup together with Julia Ulrich, our great chef. She taught us how to prepare vegan dishes so delicious that you want to try more of them, even if you are a meat lover. As Julia says, she founded The Green Garden to convince people who normally eat meat that they don't have to eat meat every day. And what can we say? Julia's food looks fantastic and tastes even better.

How did we manage to make the food taste so good even though it doesn't contain any meat, you ask? Julia doesn't want to compromise on her recipes. That's why we only use the best vegetables for this dish. And why? Because it tastes good.

About The Green Garden...

The founder of The Green Garden, Julia, actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point she had the idea for a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She collected all the food trends and turned them into vegan specialties. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, which is also popular with meat eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the Covid19 pandemic.

Why is her concept so successful? She says eating a green garden is like eating a rainbow. Colorful food simply makes people happy.

Use

Enjoy as a first course. Remove the food from the packaging and heat it for 3 minutes at 800 W. 

Storage

Store at a temperature of 0-4 °C. Use immediately after opening.
