Sesame oil is particularly popular in Asian cuisine. The Alnatura native sesame oil comes from organic farming and is obtained in the first cold pressing. In order to preserve its valuable ingredients, it should only be gently heated when cooking and stewing and not used for frying and deep-frying.

 With its nutty-mild taste, it can refine vegetable, rice and lentil dishes as well as salad dressings, but also give fruit desserts and pastries a special touch.
