Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 5 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 65 g cane sugar
- 260 g whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 80 g ground nuts
- 0.5 tsp salt
Additionally
- 12 muffin liners
Preparation
- 1Add the dry ingredients to the egg-milk mixture and stir. Fold in the banana pieces.
- 2Preheat oven to 180 degrees convection. Cut the bananas into small pieces. Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
- 3Fill the batter into 12 muffin cups and bake for approx. 25 min. Remove and let cool.
