Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and mash the flesh in a small bowl with cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until a creamy mixture forms.
Cut a slice of farmer's bread. Wash the tomato and slice it. Wash the lamb's lettuce thoroughly and shake dry.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Carefully crack the egg and add it to the pan. Fry as a fried egg until the egg white is set but the yolk is still runny. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Chef's tip
For extra crispiness, you can briefly toast the slice of bread in a toaster or pan before spreading.
