Wash, peel, and dice potatoes and onions. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions.

Then add the beans and potatoes and pour in enough broth to completely cover the stew. Afterwards, add the Mettwurst sausages to the broth and let everything simmer for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat. Season the stew with salt and pepper.

Finally, cut the Mettwurst sausages into bite-sized pieces, mix them in, and serve.
