Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.

Place the puff pastry in a quiche dish and cut to size. Lightly press the edges and let rest for approx. 10 minutes.

Wash and dry the asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the asparagus in it for approx. 4–5 minutes on all sides, season with salt and spread on the puff pastry.
