Dice the onion, avocado, mango, tomatoes, and mozzarella and mix in a bowl. Season with 2 tbsp lime juice, salt, and pepper. Wash the arugula, shake dry, and fold into the salsa.

Mix the honey, a pinch of chili powder, and 1⁄4 tsp salt. Rinse the salmon, pat dry, and brush with the honey mixture.

Heat the butter in a pan, sear the salmon for about 2 minutes on each side, and drizzle with the remaining lime juice.
