Ingredients

  • Emmentaler
  • Gruyere
  • Garlic clove
  • Dry white wine
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • A splash of Obstler (if you want it fancy)
  • Bread
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • Potatoes

Preparation

    Rub the pot with garlic.

    Heat the wine, but do not boil!

    Add cheese gradually – stir, stir, stir!

    Mix cornstarch with lemon juice, add to the pot.

    Season with nutmeg (and Obstler).
