- Gruyere
- Garlic clove
- Dry white wine
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- A splash of Obstler (if you want it fancy)
- Bread
- Vegetables of your choice
- Potatoes
Preparation
- 1Rub the pot with garlic.
- 2Heat the wine, but do not boil!
- 3Add cheese gradually – stir, stir, stir!
- 4Mix cornstarch with lemon juice, add to the pot.
- 5Season with nutmeg (and Obstler).
- 6Dip, enjoy, feast! 😍
