Ingredients
- 1 package ready-made Flammkuchen dough
- 200 grams Crème Fraîche
- 450 grams Breakfast bacon
- 200 grams Tomatoes
- 50 grams Arugula
- Salt
- Ground pepper

Preparation
- 1Season crème fraîche with salt and pepper. Slice tomatoes. Unroll the ready-made Flammkuchen dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the crème fraîche over it.
- 2Preheat oven to 225 °C convection. Distribute tomatoes and breakfast bacon over the crème fraîche. Then bake everything at 225 °C convection for 13 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and chop the arugula. Set aside some arugula for later decoration.
- 3Cut the baked Flammkuchen, decorate with the remaining arugula, and serve.
Tip
To ensure your Flammkuchen snack remains nice and juicy even after baking, spread as much crème fraîche as possible on the dough.
