Ingredients

  • 300 grams Greek yogurt
  • 12 garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of one organic lemon
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

    Squeeze the organic lemon. Mix the Greek yogurt with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice.

    Finely chop 8 cloves of garlic. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan to fry the garlic until crispy and brown. Then mix the fried garlic, along with the oil, into the yogurt.

    Slice the remaining 4 cloves of garlic into very thin slices, fry them in a pan with 3 tbsp of olive oil to make garlic chips, and place them on kitchen paper. Use these to garnish the dip.
Tip
If you like garlic, you'll absolutely love this recipe. The longer you let the dip sit, the more intense the garlic flavor becomes. If you like, you can also simply chop any amount of dried tomatoes and stir them into the dip – simply delicious!
