Preparation method
Slice the onion and fry until golden brown in a pan with hot oil.
Knead the minced meat with salt and pepper and form into two uniform balls. Flatten each ball into a round patty. Form a small indentation in the center of both meat patties. Fry both meat patties in a pan with hot oil for approx. 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Cut overlapping triangles from the cheese slices one after another, so that most of the slice gradually gets ghostly teeth.
Chef's tip
If you want to make your burger even spookier, you can add a little more ketchup under the halved olives.
