Ingredients
- 120 g cucumber
- 80 g sour cream
- 15 ml whipping cream (min. 31%)
- 4 g sugar
- 15 ml white wine vinegar
- 12 g lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
- 1Thoroughly wash and dry the cucumber, then slice it into very thin rounds or half-moons. For an especially fine texture, the cucumber can also be shaved.
- 2In a bowl, whisk together the sour cream and whipping cream until smooth. Add sugar, a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, white wine vinegar, and lemon juice, then mix everything well.
- 3Stir the freshly chopped dill into the dressing. Add the cucumber slices and gently mix everything so that the cucumbers are evenly coated with the dressing.
- 4Garnish the salad with a sprig of fresh dill, if desired. It can be served immediately or chilled briefly in the refrigerator for a more intense flavor. Stir again briefly before serving.
