Ingredients
- 1 kg firm-cooking potatoes
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 40 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
- 1Peel the potatoes, cut them into equally sized pieces, and cook them in salted water for about 15–20 minutes until tender. Then drain.
- 2Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
- 3Pour the hot butter over the potatoes, add the freshly chopped parsley, season with more salt to taste, and carefully mix everything. Serve immediately.
