Ingredients

  • 1 kg firm-cooking potatoes
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

    Peel the potatoes, cut them into equally sized pieces, and cook them in salted water for about 15–20 minutes until tender. Then drain.

    Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan or in the microwave.

    Pour the hot butter over the potatoes, add the freshly chopped parsley, season with more salt to taste, and carefully mix everything. Serve immediately.
