- 2 very ripe bananas
- 160 g oatmeal

- 80 g dried fruit, optional
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon, optional

Preparation
- 1Mash the bananas in a bowl to a fine purée and mix with oatmeal. Preheat oven to 175 degrees top and bottom heat.
- 2Form small balls with slightly moistened hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly flatten the cookies. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Tip
- 1For an extra flavor kick, you can add finely chopped dried fruit or some cinnamon to the dough.
