Ingredients for the Marinade
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

- 500 g beef fillet steak cut into 2.5 cm cubes
- Grilling vegetables of your choice (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, red onions)

Preparation
- 1In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients for the marinade (olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce).
- 2Add the beef fillet cubes to the marinade and mix thoroughly, ensuring the meat is completely covered. Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- 3Preheat the grill or a grill pan to high heat. Cut the chosen grilling vegetables into bite-sized pieces and lightly drizzle with a little olive oil.
- 4Thread the marinated meat alternately with the vegetable pieces onto the wooden skewers.
- 5Grill the skewers over medium heat for about 12-15 minutes. Turn them regularly until the meat is well browned on all sides and the vegetables are tender.
- 6Serve the steak skewers hot with Heinz Tomato Ketchup and your favorite BBQ side dishes.
Tip
Soak the wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes before use to prevent them from burning on the grill.
