Ingredients
- 50 g Oats
- 100 g Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g Cane Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 100 g plant-based Butter
- 500 g Apples
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Almond Flakes
- 2 tbsp Cranberries
- 100 g plant-based Vanilla Ice Cream
Preparation
- 1Preheat oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat. Wash apples and cut into small cubes. Place in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
- 2For the crumble, mix the flour, oats, salt, raw sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut plant-based butter into cubes, add, and knead with your hands until crumbly streusel forms.
- 3Spread the crumble over the apples, add almond flakes and, if desired, a little more cane sugar.
- 4Bake for approx. 30 min. until golden brown. Let cool slightly, decorate with powdered sugar and cranberries, and serve with vanilla ice cream.

Tip: For an extra creamy touch, you can stir a spoonful of nut butter (e.g., almond butter) into the finished oatmeal. If you like it sweeter, a drizzle of maple syrup or honey makes an excellent topping.
