Ingredients

  • 50 g Oats
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 g Cane Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 100 g plant-based Butter
  • 500 g Apples
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Almond Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Cranberries
  • 100 g plant-based Vanilla Ice Cream

Preparation

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat. Wash apples and cut into small cubes. Place in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with lemon juice.

    For the crumble, mix the flour, oats, salt, raw sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut plant-based butter into cubes, add, and knead with your hands until crumbly streusel forms.

    Spread the crumble over the apples, add almond flakes and, if desired, a little more cane sugar.

    Bake for approx. 30 min. until golden brown. Let cool slightly, decorate with powdered sugar and cranberries, and serve with vanilla ice cream.

Tip: For an extra creamy touch, you can stir a spoonful of nut butter (e.g., almond butter) into the finished oatmeal. If you like it sweeter, a drizzle of maple syrup or honey makes an excellent topping.
