Ingredients
- 1/2 Hass avocado
- 1 tbsp natural cream cheese
- 1 pinch table salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 slice farmer's bread
- 1 egg (size M)
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
- 1 tomato
- 1 handful lamb's lettuce
Instructions
- 1Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and mash the flesh in a small bowl with cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until a creamy mixture forms.
- 2Cut a slice of farmer's bread. Wash the tomato and slice it. Wash the lamb's lettuce thoroughly and shake dry.
- 3Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Carefully crack the egg and add it to the pan. Fry as a fried egg until the egg white is set but the yolk is still runny. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 4Spread the avocado cream generously onto the slice of bread. Arrange the lamb's lettuce and tomato slices on top and lightly salt.
- 5Finally, carefully place the finished fried egg on top of the bread and enjoy immediately.
Tip
For extra crispiness, you can briefly toast the slice of bread in a toaster or pan before spreading.
